What We Do

Multi-communications disciplines.
One understanding of value.

Different objectives require different communications disciplines. Our starting point remains the same: understand the business, identify what matters and communicate it in a way that creates understanding with the audiences that matter.

Financial Communications

We work with listed companies and management teams to strengthen how their business, strategy and performance are understood by the investment community. This includes developing the equity story, sharpening investor materials, planning engagement programmes and connecting companies with analysts, institutional investors, family offices and other market participants.

Our approach goes beyond disclosure. We look at what the market understands, where perception gaps exist and what management can do to address them over time. From results communications and investor meetings to perception studies, capital markets days and ongoing shareholder engagement, we help companies build stronger and more useful relationships with the market.

For companies seeking to improve valuation recognition, we also support targeted value communications and investor engagement programmes.

Financial communications matters most when the information is complex, time-sensitive or closely scrutinised. We advise companies on how to communicate results, transactions and other material developments clearly to investors, media and wider stakeholders.

Our work can include financial results announcements, earnings materials, annual reports, management messaging, media engagement and communications around fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, listings and other corporate transactions.

We work closely with senior management, finance teams and other advisers to ensure that the communications accurately reflect the transaction or financial position while remaining understandable to the audiences that matter. Where companies are entering a new market or undertaking a cross-border transaction, we also help adapt the story for different investor and media environments.

Strategic Communications

Marketing Communications

We advise companies at moments when what they say, how they say it and who they engage can materially affect their reputation and business.

This may involve refining corporate positioning, developing key messages, preparing senior management for important communications or managing issues involving multiple stakeholder groups. We also support companies through periods of change, including leadership transitions, corporate developments, reputational issues and situations where public or market understanding needs to be carefully managed.

Our role is both strategic and practical. We help management determine the communications approach, identify the audiences that matter and execute the work needed to reach them. Where appropriate, this includes media relations, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, executive profiling and issues or crisis communications.

Not every communications objective is directed at investors. We also help companies build awareness among customers, business partners, industry stakeholders and the wider public.

Our marketing communications work begins with the business objective rather than the channel. We look at what the company is trying to achieve, who it needs to reach and which communications activities are most likely to support that objective.

This can include corporate campaigns, media relations, content development, digital communications, events, partnerships and executive profiling. We also work with companies entering new markets or seeking greater visibility across Asia, helping them adapt their positioning and communications for different audiences. The aim is straightforward: to make the company better understood by the people it wants to reach.
